Who We Are
Still Weather Projects
Our name reflects the kind of work we hope to bring about: projects that shelter a sense of stillness while bearing witness to the weather of ever-changing seasons and lives being lived. There’s no such thing, in fact, as still weather, but there is being still, being at home in the world, as the weather changes.
Anne Mason Kemper
Anne has over a decade of professional experience in the design and execution of high-performing custom homes.
Prior to founding Still Weather Projects, Anne was an Associate of Andrew Franz Architect in New York, where she led projects from conception through completion in the often-simultaneous roles of architectural designer, interior designer, and project manager. Her work included artisanally-crafted new homes on Shelter Island and Martha’s Vineyard, thoughtful renovations of both mid-century modern and more traditional houses, New York City apartment renovations of every shape and size, a floating bar & restaurant, and feasibility studies for non-profit institutions.
